Below I introduce one of my projects beneath my author persona, Samurai Sisters.
A fairy tale I remember falling asleep to was 'Snow White and Rose Red,' playing on a cassette tape. The story enchanted me.
I decided to re-imagine the story. It heavily draws from the Japanese culture, a culture that I fell in love during my college years. Therefore, my story utilizes Japanese terms and names.
I will therefore write follow up posts to share more about the culture that has enamored me for years and how they relate to the story.
